Delightful hand-painted ceramic money box produced by the Geoffrey Maund Pottery in Surrey.
This little piggy has a cheeky face, a tight curly tail and hand-decorated with stylised corn ears. 'IMMORAL EARNINGS' is painted on one side with a large money slot on the top.
These money boxes are rare to find as they have no stoppers and were designed to be shattered when full of pennies.
There is age-related crazing but no chips, cracks or restoration.
The printed backstamp is very faint.
Dimensions: L16cm (nose to tail) x H10cm
