I love advent calendars. They’ve come so far since the paper ones with just a picture behind them! For me it’s the first real signal that Christmas has arrived at home. Every morning as I watch Lillia open a door, her face lights up and I get a little flash of what it’s like on Christmas morning! With so many options, when I was looking at what advent calendars we should stock, I took inspiration from the traditional Christmas trend I’m seeing, combined with the flexibility that fully-customisable advent calendars can bring. You can fill them with chocolates, little toys, stationery or even dog treats (if you have a furry friend that needs to join in with the festivities!).
