We aim to despatch all orders within 5-7 days. Whilst we endeavour to deliver everything to you as soon as we can, sometimes it can take a little longer, so please allow up to 10 working days from despatch for your order.
In most cases your item will be delivered much sooner but we are unable to accept any liability for any delays due to postal or courier services which are out of our control.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when submitting your order, as we will not accept responsibility for any items not received due to incorrect details provided.
We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force for most of our deliveries. If there is nobody to receive the parcel, the driver will either attempt delivery to a neighbour or take your parcel to be securely held at the local Post Office or depot. The driver will have left a card stating the location of your parcel. Please follow the instructions left by the driver.
We reserve the right to refuse to deliver any products at any time.
Most items advertised are carried in stock however some items in our Collections are available to preorder. For these items, delivery will take longer as they will be ordered specially for you from our suppliers. We will of course aim to give you approximate timescales of any pre-ordered items and attempt to keep you as informed as we are able to.
Please note that at this time we are only shipping to the United Kingdom. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Delivery to the Scottish Highlands will cost more so if you are ordering from there, please contact us beforehand and we will calculate the shipping for you.
We often use recycled boxes and packing in our shipping. If the box your product arrives in is a little worn around the edges, rest assured that we have packed your product as well as possible and it's just part of our drive for sustainability. Thanks!
